Over 8 weeks, we'll create space to examine your relationship to success and validation. Using the Energy Leadership Index, we'll explore where your energy actually goes and why achievement feels so draining. We'll reconnect you with values that are truly yours—not inherited from corporate culture or family expectations. We'll help you learn to operate from your authentic self instead of constant performance.
This isn't solo work. You'll be with other high-achieving women navigating the same transition—women who understand what it's like to look successful while feeling empty inside. The relief of realizing "it's not just me" is profound.
