Hi, Iām Jenny.
I'm a nature-obsessed, ever-curious, ocean-loving mom of two who knows what it feels like to wake up successful on paper but empty inside.
For over 15 years, I climbed the SaaS Customer Success ladder - from Coordinator to Senior Leader. I had the title, the salary, the respect and was on the path to the C-Suite. On LinkedIn, I looked like I was winning. But I was far from it.
In 2023, I jumped off the ladder and poured myself into self-discovery - rediscovering who I was outside of the title, the validation, and all that weight I'd taken on, and defining success on my own terms. I had to honestly examine which parts of work I actually loved versus what I'd learned to endure, so I could design work that supports my life and values rather than overtaking them. That led me here.
Now, I listen to myself. I take time when my body and mind are calling for it. I pour myself into projects when I'm in flow. I trust that I'm good enough without needing anyone to remind me (though this is still hard at times). I've learned to say no, set boundaries, and be my own person - not just the version work and clients wanted me to be.
And best of all, I get to help other high-achieving women make the same discovery - without having to blow up their careers to do it.
