Success doesn’t have to feel empty.
Helping high-achieving women in tech rediscover who they are beyond their professional achievements
A trusted partner for the space between performing and being

You’ve reached the point where something needs to shift
You can sense that something in your work life isn't sustainable anymore, but you can't clearly articulate what's wrong.
Or you're in the messy middle: successful on paper but feeling hollow, questioning whether this ladder you've been climbing is even leaning against the right wall.
Or you're carrying the weight of everyone else's results on your shoulders, and your body is telling you it can't continue this way.
This is where our work begins.
My Philosophy
Identity separation from achievement is essential work, especially for high-performers.
To untangle your worth from your work results is to reclaim your life.
I see this work as a partnership where we explore what it means to excel professionally while staying connected to who you really are. We may begin by examining your relationship to success, but what unfolds is a deeper look at the Atlas complex - how you've learned to carry weight that isn't yours to carry.
I believe change begins by acknowledging the physical and emotional cost of operating out of alignment, without judgment. When we stop performing our way through life and start being honest about what's actually happening, a deeper knowing emerges. From that place, sustainable success becomes possible.
You don't have to choose between high achievement and authenticity.
You've lived long enough to recognize your patterns, your triggers, and the moments when work stress becomes an identity crisis. Now the question becomes: what wants to shift? What's asking to be released? This is an opportunity to redefine success on your own terms.
This work doesn't ask you to abandon your ambition or lower your standards. Instead, it creates space to separate your performance from your being, to access what you already know about who you are beneath the titles and achievements.
Operating out of alignment is exhausting.
But when we approach this work with honesty and courage, it becomes a pathway back to sustainable success and authentic fulfillment.
That's why having someone who's walked this path can offer the perspective and support needed to make the shift without blowing up your career.
My Approach
My approach blends executive coaching with identity work, weaving in energy leadership and somatic awareness.
I've been trained in iPEC methodologies, including the Energy Leadership Index, Law of Being, and values-based decision making. Each framework serves a different purpose depending on what's emerging in your experience.
Every coaching relationship is unique. The direction we take depends on your specific Atlas moments, your relationship to validation, and what your body is telling you about misalignment. Maybe we're examining the performance scripts running your career, exploring boundaries between work and identity, or redefining what success actually means to you. Sometimes we follow a clear structure, other times we let your insights guide the process.
Throughout our work, I offer assessments, frameworks, and practices to deepen your self-awareness. These might include energy audits, values clarification exercises, or somatic practices to help you recognize when you're operating from performance versus authenticity.
Whether we work together for a few months or longer, I'm here to help you rediscover sustainable success - where you can excel professionally without losing yourself in the process.
